This dataset is about electrophysiological experiment on porcine colonic submucosal enteric neurons. The neurons were challenged with 2 different mechanical stimuli (compression and stretch). Neuronal responses to the stimuli were recorded and analyzed.

The stomach vasculature was filled at perfusion with a lead-containing silicone-based curable fluid (Microfil MV-122). Once the contrast medium was cured, the stomach was removed and fixed and subsequently imaged via microCT.
Single neurons were collected from 4 different porcine RAGP through Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM) and subjected to HT-qPCR to assay for expression of over 200 genes.
Single neurons and regional neuronal samples were collected from a male porcine RAGP through Laser Capture Microdissection with preserved spatial tracking.
Single neurons and regional neuronal samples were collected from a female porcine RAGP through Laser Capture Microdissection with preserved spatial tracking.
A dataset containing high-resolution figures, supplementary figures, movies and files, as well as the TissueMapper XML annotations and the R code to generate the data-driven plots and visualizations illustrated in Moss et al. 2020 (in review)

A dataset containing high-resolution confocal images of tranverse cross-sections of the C57BL/6J and C3H/HeJ femur and tibia that have been stained with anti-CGRP (sensory nerve), anti-TH (sympathetic nerve), anti-perilipin (adipocytes), and dapi (nuclei)
Development of ACh (acetylcholine) nanosensor that detects ACh release in real-time. This dataset includes in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo experimental results.
Micro Computed Tomography (Micro-CT) images of the stomachs stained with an aqueous solution of I2/KI. Micro-CT images were saved in DICOM format. Stomachs were scanned both before and after flushing of stomach contents.
Quantitative immunohistochemical phenotyping of peripheral sacral sensory and autonomic postganglionic neurons innervating different regions of the lower urinary tract in male and female rats.
